Large develop and print orders may require an extra day. If time is critical, check with lab personnel. On reprint or enlargement orders where a color match is important, please provide a match print for us to work from. Close matches are standard; exact matches are impossible.

Restorations
Restoration prices include scan from flat artwork (to 8.5 x 14" original). Scans from larger sized flat artwork, curved items, photos adhered to glass, highly reflective or light sensitive originals will require an estimate. All restoration work is done in the computer; originals are returned as received. All restorations should fall into one of the following categories:
Minimum
$35.00
Basic cleanup of larger print defects (minor scratches, mildew spots and stains) in non-facial areas, minor contrast restoration and matching of slightly faded areas. No facial restoration. Some minor defects may remain.
Medium
$55.00
Repair of faded, aged, stained, spotted areas or minor cracks. Minor restoration of one or two facial area defects, contrast restoration and full matching of faded or small missing areas.
Heavy
$95.00
Extensive repair of overall print area, multiple area restoration of facial, contrast, spotted or stained areas.
Miracle
Estimate only
Prints with large missing areas, heavy fading, large creases, multiple facial area defects will require an approved estimate before any work can be started.
Custom Size Digital Prints from Scans/ Restorations (B&W, Sepia, or Color)
Standard print sizes are available, but if close matches to the size of the original image or custom sized images are required, they can be supplied upon request.
Digital File Storage
All restoration orders include a CD of the work done suitable for future prints and enlargements. Should a permanent copy of the file be required, we can download it to CD or DVD.

Digital print or color develop and print orders in by noon will be out by 4:30, next day (M-F). Non- C-41 black and white film processing requires custom work: if in by Tuesday Noon, it will be out Friday at 2:30 PM; if in by noon Friday it will be out Tuesday at 2:30 PM. Reprint and enlargement orders usually require an extra day.
